Returns that are postmarked within 7 days of the date you receive your order qualifies for a refund. Returns postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order qualifies for an online merchandise credit. After 14 days, items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Intimates are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with original tags attached.
Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please use an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Audrey Hazel is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
